Smoking is strictly prohibited inside of the unit. Please do NOT smoke inside our property. If this rule is broken we will request a minimum $300 additional cleaning and smell removal fee. There is 1 camera on the property (Front doorbell). Please do not tamper or cover the camera. It is there for YOUR safety and we only review the footage if there is an issue or concern.

Derek and Bianca’s place was so clean, cozy and the perfect location for a couple down days on our vacation. Being that we had a couple adventures booked, they were so kind to accommodate an early check in. The home was exactly as pictured, it was so easy to get in and out and the handbook they provided had SO many recommendations for food which was very helpful! Thank you for an awesome stay!
